As a community focused startup, everyone is invited to stop through for a quick or lengthy visit. Anyone who selects the option to “pick up” their shirt during the checkout process will save ca$h on shipping and will receive a free car magnet (RVA or Natural Border) during their first visit to the space. Because the office isn't zoned retail, there are absolutely no transactions on premises (and thus no pushy salespersons either :). But you can touch the bamboo fabric, play a game of cornhole, try on a shirt, play a board game, and listen to beachy rhythms. |
The office couldn’t afford a swimming pool, but there's bumper pool …. and those looking for a fun, quick game are encouraged to stop by this coastal and community oriented space. There are also books, cd’s, dvd’s, magazines, newspaper clippings, and records that can be borrowed. At least the last 12 months of “Outside” and “Richmond” magazines are on display. There’s a section of material that highlights some locally interesting material (RVA Happenings, RVA Explorations, RVA Organizations, RVA Companies, Environment, Fashion, Society, & Water).
Most office furnishings were acquired second hand. A large collection of sharks teeth can be found here and the kids won’t return to the car upset because they couldn’t have something, since it’s literally not a retail setting. Private appointments and open hours will be scheduled based on requests.

Returns
Please ship your merchandise to the Richmond, VA address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. The item must be in the same condition as you received it, including hang tags. Every item is 100% guaranteed and we'll give you an exchange or full refund. Depending on the method you use to return your package, please allow up to 15 business days from the day we receive your package for your return to be processed and your account to be credited. The credit should be applied to your account and should appear on your statement within one cycle from the time we process your return. We recommend for your protection that you insure your returned package. Return shipping charges of an item are the customer’s responsibility. Returns after 14 days will be for exchange only.

Shipped the Wrong Item or Damaged Items
For fastest service, please email us at access@naturalborder.com or call 804.358.WAVE with your order number, name, address, and details on the item you ordered and the item you received. If the item you requested is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately. Your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but will be credited for the return, including the shipping charges incurred by the customer, once we receive the parcel.
